I would love to talk sometime about possibly doing a video together. I come from decades of working for the large, national and statewide Property Management organizations (the 400 unit apartment communities for example) . That said, I train small landlords on all the things that we teach our leasing agents on over at that side of the industry, such as creating properly worded screening criteria, leasing safety protocol, thorough application processing procedures, proper documentation practices to alleviate fair housing issues, items to discover on the credit report which are commonly overlooked, marketing and resident retention ideas, properly worded signage and rules, property care and upkeep tips, emergency and crisis management tips, advertising dos and don’ts, and much more. I think it’d be a great idea to do a zoom call together that you could share with your audience. I’ll go over some of those tips and business practices that we train our staff on.

I dont see how the federal gov can provide the insurance that gets more and more expensive...the federal gov is already broke. If the respective states try to deal with it...just mean tax hikes in those states. In the end of the day someone has to pay more if going to keep rebuilding.

Lesso learned, I rented my master bedroom and my tenant was so loud and annoying in the middle of the night and complained about everything. I just learn that this person lasted 5 weeks at the previous house where lived, and was exactly 5 weeks when I was glad to post the 30 day end of rental agreement on the door.
